Tour Itinerary

Your Journey, Day by Day

Discover a thoughtfully curated tour itinerary featuring iconic attractions, enriching sightseeing, remarkable destinations, and seamless travel experiences.

Arrive in Delhi, where your private representative will meet you and assist with the transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is reserved for settling in after your journey, with time to relax or begin discovering the capital at your own pace. Depending on your arrival time, you may take a gentle evening walk through a nearby neighbourhood or enjoy a quiet dinner introducing you to the flavours of North India.

Explore Delhi through its contrasting historic and modern districts. Visit the graceful Humayun’s Tomb, see the monumental India Gate and continue towards the Presidential precinct before discovering the lively character of Old Delhi. A rickshaw ride through the lanes around Chandni Chowk can provide a vivid glimpse of local life, while Jama Masjid and the Red Fort reveal the city’s Mughal heritage. Your itinerary can be adjusted around opening days, traffic and personal interests.

Leave Delhi behind and travel south-west towards Kesroli, a peaceful rural retreat near Alwar. The journey gradually replaces the capital’s bustle with open fields, village roads and the softer rhythm of Rajasthan. On arrival, settle into the atmospheric surroundings of the historic hilltop setting and enjoy time to rest. If conditions permit, the afternoon may be spent exploring the local landscape or simply appreciating the views and tranquillity of this distinctive countryside stop.

Continue through lesser-visited Rajasthan towards Ramathra, where the landscape becomes increasingly rural and serene. Along the way, your private journey offers glimpses of farming communities, traditional villages and the changing colours of the countryside. After arriving and settling in, spend the afternoon at leisure or choose a locally guided experience, such as a walk through the surrounding villages or a peaceful nature outing. Ramathra provides a relaxed interlude before the wildlife-focused days ahead.

Travel onwards to Ranthambore, one of India’s most evocative wildlife destinations. After checking in, take time to relax and discuss the upcoming park experiences with your guide. The region is known not only for its Bengal tiger habitat but also for dry deciduous forest, lakes, rocky escarpments and the dramatic ruins of Ranthambore Fort. Depending on the final schedule and park permissions, there may be an opportunity for an introductory wildlife drive later in the day.

Dedicate the day to exploring Ranthambore National Park on scheduled wildlife drives, subject to park allocation and seasonal operating arrangements. The experienced naturalist will help interpret animal tracks, bird calls and the changing habitats around the park’s lakes and forest tracks. Tigers are the park’s celebrated residents, while sightings may also include sambar, chital, nilgai, wild boar, langur, crocodiles and a rich variety of birds. Between drives, return to your lodge for rest and unhurried meals.

After breakfast, leave the wilderness for Jaipur, Rajasthan’s elegant Pink City. The route offers a clear change of mood, from forest and open scrub to bustling markets, rose-coloured facades and grand ceremonial architecture. Once in Jaipur, begin exploring according to your arrival time, perhaps with a visit to the City Palace district or an evening stroll through the old city. Your private vehicle and guide allow the pace to remain comfortable after the preceding safari days.

Complete your Jaipur experience with a visit to Amber Fort, dramatically positioned in the Aravalli hills, followed by selected city landmarks such as the Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar or the City Palace, depending on your departure plans. There may also be time for browsing handcrafted textiles, jewellery and artisanal goods. At the appropriate time, your private driver will transfer you to the airport or railway station for your onward journey, bringing this Rajasthan wildlife and heritage tour to a close.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find helpful answers to common questions about customising your journey, handpicked hotels, private transportation, expert guides, sightseeing and booking, making it easier to plan a comfortable and seamless travel experience.

Yes. The route combines major highlights in Delhi and Jaipur with carefully paced rural and wildlife stops. A private vehicle, local guides and arrival assistance make the journey comfortable for first-time visitors while retaining a sense of discovery.

They provide a quieter and more distinctive experience between Delhi and Ranthambore. Kesroli introduces historic rural Rajasthan, while Ramathra offers a peaceful countryside setting and a chance to experience landscapes and communities away from the busiest tourist routes.

The itinerary is designed around wildlife excursions on the Ranthambore days, with the final number depending on park availability, permit allocation and your preferred schedule. Safari arrangements and any included drives will be confirmed in your personalised quotation.

Tiger sightings are never guaranteed because Ranthambore is a protected natural habitat and animals move freely. Experienced naturalists will look for tracks, alarm calls and other signs, while the park’s scenery, birdlife and wider wildlife make each drive rewarding in its own right.

October to March is generally the most comfortable period for combining Delhi, Rajasthan sightseeing and wildlife drives. The warmer months can offer different wildlife conditions, but temperatures are higher. Your travel dates should also take park opening periods and safari availability into account.

They may be included depending on the selected package and quotation. Ranthambore permits, zones and vehicle allocations are subject to park rules and availability, so the confirmed inclusions will be clearly stated before you travel.

Yes. The private format allows the route to be adjusted, subject to the total number of days and accommodation availability. You may add time for shopping, cooking experiences, additional monuments or a slower final day in Jaipur.

You will travel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle selected according to group size and luggage requirements. The same dedicated driver generally remains with you for the overland sections, creating a smoother and more personal experience.

Breakfast is normally included at the selected hotels. Lunches, dinners, drinks and special dining experiences depend on the confirmed package and can be arranged to suit dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan and other requirements.

Most dietary requirements can be planned in advance, provided they are shared when booking. Mobility needs should also be discussed early, as heritage sites, rural properties, safari vehicles and uneven historic areas may involve steps or limited accessibility.
